We have recently entered into a new agreement with Andy and Smart Digital after our previous supplier had let us down badly. The contract was drawn up and the new Canon Full colour MFD’s were installed with the minimum of fuss. We were kept informed of the process at all times following its completion and the lease contract for the old devices was settled within 48 hours from delivery as Andy had promised.
We have often found these contracts something of a minefield with empty promises and poor service, however Andy’s attention to detail and moreover the delivery of exactly what we signed for was a breath of fresh air. I was able to contact Andy with any query or question I had, and I was always given a prompt response.

I cannot recommend Smart Digital enough, we were so impressed with the new devices that we have just ordered two more! It is a pleasure to work with a credible supplier who is also looking out for the needs of our organisation.

The Operational Research Society recently entered into a new agreement with Andy Smedley and Smart Digital Business Solutions for a New Canon Image Runner Full Colour MFD to replace our Ricoh device.

The main issue we were encountering was the Ricoh’s inability to staple documents and booklets correctly. The new Canon has no difficulty in producing booklets on various paper stocks. The contract was drawn up and the new device was installed with the minimum of interruption and we have been very impressed with the quality of copy on the new device.

We were also able to save money against our previous expenditure.

We have just changed photocopier supplier to Smart Digital who are a company based in Mansfield. We are no way in connection with them, but just thought we would spread our experience with you.

They have saved us over £1200 for the year, have done all the leg work with our previous company by settling our old agreement (which hadn’t expired) quickly & smoothly and generally taken all the stress from us.  To be quite honest this was half the reason we didn’t change companies because of all the hassle we thought it would create.

Our new machine is great, we thought our last machine was up to date, but not compared to this, the machine is smaller but does equivalent (and probably more) and the print is extremely sharp & clear.
